An intensive introduction into Hands Free Massage. The workshop will concentrate on body positioning and movement, whilst learning strokes to work deep into large muscle groups with ease and comfort, and without fear of injury. Includes Body Sculpting and Deep Tissue massage techniques using the forearm, elbow and other body parts.
Entry Requirements: Swedish Massage or Level 3 Massage plus Anatomy & Physiology Qualifications
