Indian Head Massage

IHM is based on an old Ayurvedic technique involving massage of the head, neck, upper back, shoulders, upper arms, scalp, and face.
A variety of massage movements are used to relieve accumulated tension and strain in the upper body, stimulate circulation, and restore joint movement.
