Introduction to Remedial Massage
3hrs - with Moira Watson or Richard Hogg
This session is to introduce the concept of the General Assessment of the whole body using observation skills, and about the Specific Assessment of joints using Active, Passive and Resisted movements to ascertain range of motion and restrictions at problem areas.
You will then be shown how to use some deep tissue techniques to treat the lower limb.
